Fossen Home Technology added the final touches to the remodel of this historic venue. Originally designed and built in 1930, the Landers name and unique 360 degree bar design lends new life to this San Clemente staple. The SONANCE pendant speakers are a perfect fit to reach every patron and make them feel like the music is playing just for them.

The Alvarez Family can now enjoy stunning picture from their upgraded SONY TV. Paired with outstanding audio performance from the ultra-thin SONANCE in-ceiling speakers, this room is ready for movie night, game day, and everything in between.

Nestled into the structural beams of this recent build out, Fossen installed two variations of SONANCE speaker to best fit the sleek aesthetic of this new space.

Safety first. A mounted TV with no exposed wires is the safest way to install media in your child’s bedroom or playroom. We often see TVs balancing on top of dressers, or placed on the ground at eye level. The youngest members of the Rose family can enjoy their playroom safely while the best of Disney+ plays in the background.
