How we work
Invisible until you need it. Simple when you do.
A control system earns its place by being easier than the alternative. We start with how the home is used, decide what belongs on a keypad and what belongs on a screen, and program from there. The result is a house that responds the same way every time.
Discovery
We walk the home, or the plans if it isn't built yet, and learn the daily routines: who gets up first, where people gather, how the house is closed down at night. That shapes every scene we write.
System design
Lighting loads, shade motors, audio zones, and security devices are mapped onto a single Control4 architecture. We document it before anything is ordered so the electrician and builder know exactly what to rough in.
Programming and commissioning
Scenes, schedules, and keypad engravings are programmed in house, then tested room by room with you present. Nothing is handed over until it behaves the way we agreed.
Ongoing care
Software updates, remote monitoring, and a direct line when something needs a tweak. Systems are living things; we stay on them so they keep performing.
