Technology Infrastructure and Prewire Design
For new construction and remodels, we develop the low-voltage plan, equipment rack layout, pathway strategy, and network architecture before construction progresses, then coordinate directly with your electrician, general contractor, and design team. Infrastructure is engineered, not improvised.
Why it matters: Tech suffers when infrastructure isn't planned well. We design it right from the start.

What's included
- Low-voltage drawings coordinated with the architect and builder
- Cabling layout and labeling documentation
- Rack location, ventilation, and power planning
- Pathways and conduit for future expansion
- Coordination with electrical and other trades
- Rough-in walkthroughs before drywall
How we work
Plan it before drywall. Never tear it out after.
Technology suffers when infrastructure isn't planned. We join the project early, draw the low-voltage plan alongside the electrical set, and walk the rough-in before insulation goes up. Surprises are eliminated on paper, where they're cheap.
Discovery and requirements
System scope, usage expectations, and performance requirements are defined with you and your design team during the design phase. Alignment at the start prevents costly revisions later.
Infrastructure design and documentation
Low-voltage plans, rack layouts, pathway strategy, and network architecture, delivered as drawings the trades can build from.
Construction coordination
We coordinate with electricians, general contractors, and design professionals through rough-in so the technology integrates cleanly with the architecture.
Deployment and commissioning
Installation follows the documented plan and labeling standard. Systems are programmed, tested, and validated before handover.
