Safety first. A mounted TV with no exposed wires is the safest way to install media in a child's bedroom or playroom. We often see TVs balancing on top of dressers, or placed on the ground at eye level, where a curious toddler can pull them over.
What we did
In the Rose family playroom the display was wall mounted at a height that keeps it out of reach, with power and signal routed inside the wall so nothing can be tugged. The equipment lives out of sight and the whole thing is driven from the family's phones.
The result
The youngest members of the Rose family can enjoy their playroom safely while the best of Disney+ plays in the background, and the parents never think about the wiring again.
